My name is Maksym Grekov, the founder of the eponymous asset structuring agency. I develop proposals for a corporate and tax optimization of your asset structure following the legal opportunities of a variety of jurisdictions. I assist in creating trusts and family foundations and adjusting their management system, considering the interests of their founders and beneficiaries.
Since 2005 I have been working in various fields of law and management. In my career history, I moved from an associate to the chief legal officer and a member of the supervisory board of one of the leading Ukrainian industrial companies.
Since 2009 I have been licensed as an attorney-at-law and experienced with protecting the clients’ rights in Ukrainian courts.
As a partner in a law firm, I assisted Ukrainian businessmen with the creation of international corporate infrastructure to scale internationally.
For more than ten years, I have been structuring private and business assets, so I am well versed in tax and corporate nuances existing in European states and Ukraine. I also perform as a protector in family foundations.
I held the LLM degree in International Tax Law by Vienna University of Economics and Business
