Thank you!
I will contact you shortly
I work with individuals whose ambitions extend beyond personal success–people who seek to build, preserve, and transfer not only wealth, but also responsibility, values, and lasting impact across generations and institutions.
As wealth, ownership, and responsibility expand across jurisdictions and generations, the challenge is no longer preservation. It is maintaining alignment between capital, intent, governance, and long-term purpose.
This requires a coordinating function that integrates legal, tax, governance, and strategic perspectives into a single coherent framework for decision-making.
I serve as an independent point of coordination and judgment–structuring decisions, aligning stakeholders, and safeguarding long-term outcomes across legal, tax, and strategic dimensions. I work alongside banks, legal counsel, tax advisors, fiduciaries, and investment managers, ensuring coherence across the broader architecture of capital. Structures, trusts, and family foundations are instruments within this framework, applied with clear intent, disciplined governance, and resilience across generations and under stress.
With more than twenty years of experience across legal, tax, and executive roles, including board-level responsibilities, I bring both technical depth and practical judgment under conditions of complexity. My litigation background informs how structures perform not only in design, but in adversarial and high-pressure environments.
I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, am a licensed attorney, and hold a management consulting license focused on strategic advisory.
